Partial Day Rental Notice
Partial Day rentals are only available Monday-Thursday (excluding Holidays) at a minimum of 4 hours.  If you are reserving the facility for a partial day, be sure to add time for set-up & clean-up of your event.

Fee Schedule

Fee:
  • All Day Rental: $200.00 (8:00AM - 11:00PM)
  • Partial Day Rental (Monday-Thursday ONLY, excluding holidays):
    • $100.00 for first four hours, $25.00/hour for each additional hour
    • 10% discount for non-profit organizations
  • Reservations are not complete until payment is made in full.  Payment is due UPON RECEIPT if reservation is less than 30 days out, otherwise payment is due no later than 30 DAYS after the reservation request is approved.  If payment is not received within the time frame stated above, the reservation will be voided and you will need to submit another request.
Alcohol Permit: $35.00
If you would like to request the Temporary Alcohol Permit, please do so by selecting Add More after clicking "NEXT" when submitting your Reservation Request for the James Bradley Center.
Select "Temporary Alcohol Permit" from the Select A Facility drop down menu & be sure to select the same time & date as your rental.

Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm & all submitted requests will be processed by the next business day.  If your request is approved, you will receive a permit & a statement with instructions on how to submit payment.
